Android m799ca v2.2 reset????????? NEED HELP!!

I was wondering what all gets erased when i reset this tablet?? Will it erase everything making it just a $100 paper weight or what?? The tablet is less than a month old and only has 4 extra apps i downloaded other than originals and suddenly it locks up, won't let me connect to the net, and kicks me off of games and programs. Please help before i smash this thing!!!

The reset should return the tablet to the way it came form the factory. You'll lose anything you changed since then, which is probably what you want.
