virus

Hello ! I am new to the forum and not sure if this is posted in the right section or not. I have an alcatel one touch tablet, it caught a virus and now it won't turn on or hard reset. Is there anything I can do to fix this ? Or do I hAve to take it somewhere . Don't really have the money to fix...
