my coby kyrus mid 8065 internal storage says 0 memory..i can no more download any apps,,it's been months ago and i cant find any solution for it. i dnt know what to do.. i dont undstand why it will automatically reset even if im not doing a reset...anyway, i've tried restoring it on my tabs setting but still it wont work! please help me! what should i do?

Some details are needed. For example, was this tablet rooted? While I'm inclined to believe this is a hardware defect, knowing whether the tablet was rooted or not will allow us to eliminate that from the causes of this failure.
