2 nooks 2 problems. Can anyone help. B&N will take 48 hr.

The first problem I'm a having is.... I down load books from B&N. When I open the book it reads sorry content error. There is a problem opening your book. Please contact custom service and the number. For help. Error #2a! I called with no help, I'm waiting for a manager to call in the next 48 hr.



The second is nook number 2 is acting like its downloading books and nothing happens. Its been 1 hr and no movement on the download.
Netflix is working on both. The books that come with the tablets work, words with friends work. And yes I'm connected to the internet.
Seems how its both tablets, I'm guessing its a human error on my part.

Well B&N called back. First one I had to deregister and reregister! Worked!
Second one I had to do a hard rest. Worked.
B&N was great called back in 3hrs. Beats 48!

Thanks for letting us know how you solved the problems. I'm sure the information will help anyone else having similar issues downloading books.

Don't hate because I got help from somewhere else. And the reason I answered, I could not find my answer any where online, however I found the question 100 times. Maybe this will help others.
