3.2.1 App Shop looks alot like Windows 8 tablet screen

Anyone else agree/disagree it looks abit too similar to how Windows 8 have put tiles on their tablet style screen?

It does look very similar but when something works you go with it. Tiles make sense in certain applications particularly on touch devices (app icons are simply small tiles after all). If it looks nice and makes navigation easier why not go with it?
