3/4 G Dongle & Cat-5 Adapter

According to the detailed spec. sheet I found on a Chinese web page, the Idolpad Plus should support a USB 3G/4G dongle. Has anyone tried this? It also looks like it may support a USB - Cat-5 connector. Anyone have any info.?

USB to CAT5 is relatively easy compared to using a 3G dongle. I have information in a link below on communicating with no WiFi available. It can be done but it's no fun.
