$400 to spend on new Tablet but i don't know much...help

Right now I have a nook color and i really like it (first tablet of any kind) but i want a bigger better one but I don't know much about them. I know how to root my Nook but that's about where my knowledge of any tablets end.

So is there any one willing to point me at some that are 400 or less? I did poke around Newegg for a while looking but i just dont know what make what one better.

Edit: Also would like one with a bigger screen them my nook.

for that price...> I would go with a Motorola Xoom... TigerDirect has them for 379 for a refurb 32gb...that puts you in a 10inch tablet...or 449 for a new one. and it has received ICS update

Ok Thx, I will look at that. I am not against refurbished as long as it come from a reputable suppler.

So what makes that one better then others? I would like to learn but im not sure what make a good tablet a good one out side of possible processor speed.
