7.7 European spec

Hi All
I am considering the new Samsung Tab 7.7.
I am a bit confused about the different specs.
As far as I can gather, some 7.7's have WiFi only and some have 3G too.
The one I am looking at has specs as below.
Does the GPRS part of it mean that it has 3G internet and telephone capabilities.
Just want to be sure before I pull the trigger.
