7" apad 2.2 android , memory ram upgrade help

hi!
everyone
i just bougth a apad,epad, iRobot there so many diferrent name for it , how ever, I was wonder if is posible to upgrade the memory ram, right now it have 256 and i want to upgrade to 512mb

here is some info, i will post more info upon request
