7" odem mid tablet wonderbased wont connect to wifi at home

hi i tried connecting to my wifi at home and it says searchin for ip address but then says unsuccessful...
i dont know how to connect, its really annoying, i called my internet provider and they dont know anything about tablets...
especially this type.
can anyone help?

try this go to your wireless and network settings go to wifi settings then hit the menu button next to the volume button, advanced option use the static ip address and input the ip address, gateway, netmask and dns 1 & 2. this should work getting onto your network...

Try resetting router from 802.11 b g n. To just b g only
