7022 - Want to use app Torque

I have a rooted Kyro 7022. I would like to use the Torque app that is an OBD2 reader for your car. Questions I have:

1. Is there a proven working bluetooth dongle that works on the 7022? I keep see reviews/posts saying there are, but I can't find a specific dongle mentioned.
2. If there isn't a proven dongle, will this work if I get a USB to 5 pin USB converter cord to plug directly into the tablet? Crescent USB OBD2/EOBD Multi-Protocol Car Diagnostic Tool Auto Scanner : Amazon.com : Automotive
