Before I buy the Samsung Galaxy, I want to know what the difference is- apart from size on the 8.9 and 10.1? Ive looked at the specs but Im not super tech savy so I dont get it. Plain language anyone? Also what is most important is I need to have Internet Explorer due to some programs I work with that are set only to be accessed through that. Can I just download internet explorer onto my Samsung? Thanks in advance for help!

Repeat after me, Android is not Microsoft. Android is a competitor for Microsoft. Thus, Microsoft has no plans to prepare or release a browser for their competitor. If it made money, yes. but otherwise no. What are the browser calls that require IE. Some can be emulated using Opera, or Dolphin. But you may be out of luck on getting IE now or in the near future
