A pretty good question regarding the ever popular flash video

Okay, so I have the Asus Transformer TF300T. It will not play flash videos because it is android ice cream sandwich and flash will not work on it. How would I watch a video then? Do they have HTML5 for it? Is there a work around for it so I can watch a flash video?
