A search 10 years long

Hi all folks !

I was looking for a real nice tablet for a looong time.
I passed through a Samsung Q1, Samsung Q1 Ultra, Sony vaio p11z

Last week I purchased the orphan x10 Mid from China.
Nice object, but really compromised from the choose to use Windows CE 6.0. Avoid it !!

Here is what I'm looking for:

1) a good touch screen at least 7" size and maximum 9"
2) video playback of Mkv, avi at least to 720p with no lag
3) a good internet browser via wifi
4) a good battery life, at least 4 hours watching videos

A price from 100$ to 300$

I read about archos 7 home tablet, it looks like just what I desire, but someone wrote horrible things about it, it's speed and it's old operating system.
So I'm looking for something else.

Would you help me to find it, Please ?

Argh, Windows CE sucks, it is a s.o. dead, you cannot find any app to install.
The app Videoplayer installed, is terrible, it cannot play mkv files without lags, you don't have any setting configuration, f.example the aspect ratio.

The only thing real very good of this object is the GPS function.

I'm also looking at the m16 you can pick android 2.1 or windows operating system its not out till July 5th i also like the Notion Ink Adam but would need to wait till November
