A10 Firmware needed

Superpad 7 won't boot beyond initial ANDROID screen.
Manufacturer sent me a dud zipped firmware "A10量产工具" which is corrupt while unzipping.
Does anyone know useful tips to fix the pad or where I can download corrupt firmware and get troubleshooting instructions?
I can see OEM Datapack, Livesuit and PhoenixPack in corrupt unzip folder.

Specs:
AllWinner Embedded 1.5Ghz, ARM Cortex A8, 32-bit core
DDR3 1G@ 667MHz
