A13 and Bluetooth or GPS use

Will the USB OTG interface on an A13 machine support a Bluetooth dongle?
If yes, can you suggest what APP I might need to install?

I had hoped to use the Tablet with OBDII bluetooth sensor and Torque APP on my car.

How about attaching a GPS reciever, then running NAVfree?

Good question, usually its just if the rom has the drivers though as the OTG would allow connection.

I have only used TetherGPS on an A13 at this point but it defiantly comes down to the ROM having drivers for your third party device.
