How to get into recovery mode with the buttons.
Shut down the device completely. Press and hold the Vol + button and also press and hold the power button until the screen switches on then release.

Latest official firmware is Emgeton Consul 3 4.0.4 IMM76D 20120615

I would really love to be able to build a properly working CWM recovery for this device as well as a CM10 ROM.
I have tried but got stuck at boot ani on CM10 and CWM doesn't do the backups properly.

Is anyone in a position to assist? A10 ROMs only work halfway on this device.
