A1cs x220

Hi I am a newbie to Tablets.
Have just purchased a A1CS X220 tablet, can anyone help me with where to find online detailed instructions, the ones that come with the tablet are rubbish.
Also in the instructions it mentions a lead to connect to a computer, nothing else. What lead do I need?

I expect that there will be more questions to follow.

Can you point me in the direction of the information that you managed to find, please ??

I'm new to the mysteries of the x220 and finding plenty of things to baffle me. ON the bit of paper I got with it It says " The bottom USB port is a OTG port which is mainly used for connecting your tablet to a computer using USB A-A Cable" - whatever that is
