I plugged my A2109 into a downstream "ViewDock" USB port on my ViewSonic VX1945WM-3 LCD monitor. Unfortunately, the upstream port is a Type B "square" USB port, so there are some gender identity problems to sort out before I can try it on the upstream side.
From Win7, I can see and copy to / from Internal Storage and SD Card.
A2109 shows xx% Charging (USB)
A2109 showing up under Device Manager as "IdeaTabA2109 - 500 mA required"
ViewDock is powered by Alcor Micro USB 2.0 Card Reader
