A7 Goes Black In Case

Just bought a new Samsung A7 tablet yesterday. When the tablet is outside of the Insignia case I bought, it works fine. No issues.

Once I put it in the case it randomly goes black, and buttoms are non-functional. I slightly adjust the tablet and it will turn on but turns back off.

Take it out of the case and it works just fine again.

Any thoughts?

Personally I'm not a huge fan of that type of case, but my opinion has nothing to do with your question. I think the tablet has a hall effect sensor and the case is triggering it. Not difficult as all it requires is a magnet to trip the sensor.

That said, if you could show us a picture of the case it should help, as my speculation may be off base.
