Not sure if it is vaporware, but the specifications are fake in that they added the clockspeed of each CPU core (533+533) to arrive at 1066. Most likely a dual-core 533 MHz Renesas EV2 Cortex A9 at 45nm if this thing ever ships.

The 7" Galaxy Tab fits in my pockets, which makes it very easy to carry around. I haven't tested an 8" for this!
