Accidentally deleted emmc system files, can only boot from sd card

I have been trying to re-flash auto-nooter because I mistakenly deleted some files from the emmc instead of the sdcard. So now I cannot boot from the nook without sdcard-I have honeycomb v4 Deeper Blue-it's the only way I can use the Nook. I have auto-nooter 2 on a class 6 4gb card but it will not flash to it. Any ideas?

I think you'll have to take your nc back to a stock state. AFAIK, the autonooter won't work because it needs those system files that aren't there now. Making a bootable clockwork sd card with a stock update.zip on it might work, but I'm not 100% sure on that.
