acer A200 Ice cream sandwich no flash!?!?

So I just got my acer ICONIATAB A200 in the mail yesterday that I had trouble getting because it is literally sold out EVERYWHERE! I upgraded to Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 as soon as I took it out of the box. I absolutely love this thing, but flash player is not working. When I view a webpage requiring flash, I get the little lego block denoting a missing plug-in. I'm not understanding what the deal is here? PLease help!!!!

Just get the flash player from the android market

Flash doesn't work on 4.0 need to update ics to a higher version.
