acer a500 how to view and screen capture EXTERNAL USB camera (digital microscope)

new to tablet bought acer a500 so could interface my digital microscope and digital microscope eyepieces to make me more portable

however not obvous how to do this any existing apps realizing asking for something to interface a worse camera than the built in, but it is specialised purpose
