Acer Iconia A500 problem with cam in Google Voice/Talk

Have just had my A500 for a couple of weeks and am enjoying it. I have been using Google Voice & Google Talk. Been trying to do video with a friend. Finally got it going with one ONE major problem. While v chatting both my small video in video image from my camera and the one being sent to my friend keeps turning. When I start the image is correctly oriented but soon it is quite slewed. It shows me out of the view and rotated. This is also the way my friend sees my transmitted image. Help.

There's a slide bar by your in video image that you need to move to the far left. Hope that helps.
