Acer Iconia will not finish Downloading 3.2

So I have and Acer Iconia tab A500, it's running android 3.0 because everytime I try to update it the download only gets to around 200mb then just stops . Any suggestions?

Mine tried to update twice and both failed. The last update caused a system failure that required OS reinstallation. Of course, it is still under warranty, so I contacted Acer and they repaired it. Sent on Monday and had it back on Friday--not a bad turn around. Acer evidently has issues with OTA updates. Give them a call on Monday--the level of support that can actually help only work M-F business hours--in the US.

I suggest you do some reading of threads here and manually update.
It is posted in several threads here. Do some research and you will learn something more than what you are looking for.

What's the build number for that update?

Plug in the power supply and try again.
In my iconia this was the solution.

A few people had this issue where the screen would go into sleep mode in the middle of the download, corrupting the update file. I had the "invalid update" error. Once I set the screen to turn off after 30 min of inactivity, I was finally able to successfully upgrade to 3.2.
