Adobe flash for apad e11 tablet - 7" android 2.2 update 1 MID tablet

I have a couple android apad e11 tablets in the house that my wife and son got for christmas. Youtube videos work great...but I can't find a way to install adobe flash. The device seller says flash is supported and I believe it since it is an ARM11 processor.

But, the generic android 2.2 phone apk of the adobe 10.1 flash player gives a parsing error when you try to open it to install it.

How do we install flash on these tablets????

Heck I am just trying to find the dang upgrade ADK for it. I have an SMQ5821 dang manual in all it's funky translation does'nt include the dang site to dl it lol. Kinda want to as my HTC is sporting 2.2 and I like it better.

I have a MID gTab
Firmware = 2.2
Kernel = 2.6.29
Build = MID 1.2M1

I cannot download certain apps from the app center as it states that my device is Android 2.1 release 1.... I have been trying upgrade to Android OS 2.2, but can't seem to find out how...

Any ideas?
