adobe flash player with problem

What's up guys.
So guys I watched tv on my tablet MID normally until I deleted the flash player unintentionally.
Now when I try to watch TV on web pages is giving this error that is attached.
I restored the initial settings of my tablet everything back to normal unless this error .. staff could someone please help me? I'm going crazy
And sorry for my english, I am Brazilian I am still studying English so I used the google translator .. I hope you understand my problem.

Any way I can solve this problem or at least so I can update it do something to resolve, because I already tried to back the primary settings and not solved. I'm going crazy.

Do you see your version of flash listed? If no, you may need to download flash from the market and install it.
