Advent Tablet (problem with android market)

Firstly do anyone know if the Advent Vega will work on the android market app site. The advent does not have phone capability and this may be the issue.

When I go to install it says there is no device assosiated and won't allow a download. I think it would work if it could find my device. do anyone know how to rectify this problem.

It doesn't come with a working Market (at least the PC World one didn't). Finally got round to upgrading ie rooting - and I can run all the Market apps, including re-downloading paid ones for free. Should have done it before.

Also app memory limit increased from 16MB (to 24MB?), as it should be for Android 2.2.

Hi Sam

Head on over to XDA Developers and you can get Vegacomb Beta 1.4 release (Honeycomb), when you install it it already has market on board.
Runs vary well on the Vega, made for it. They have a dedicated Vega thread.
