Advice Needed - some parts of touch screen not working?

Hi, I've had a tab for about 4 months, everything going nicely until yesterday when the keys r, y, d, c do not work on the touch screen keyboard??? I will press r and it will either hit e or t? The same for the other keys mentioned?

I have reset it to factory and still the same issue? I've also got dragon on their so using the swype function brings up the same results; those keys don't exist on the touch interface?

Any ideas would be most appreciated!
