Ainol Elf and Aurora compatibility with applications

Hi,
I want to know if the Ainol novo7 Elf and Aurora are compatible with high quality applications, like the games Frontline Commando(free), and Modern Combat ?

Don't have modern combat, but I just downloaded Frontline Commando to try for you, and it plays great......
