Ainol Novo 7 Aurora compatibility

My tablet has the Android Marketplace, but I can't download some of the apps I have on my phone.i.e. facebook, tune in, sirius. Also trying to use Skype and cannot get the camera to work. Does anyone know why these things are happening?
