The following website offers the upgrade to Android 4.0.1 (Ice cream sandwich) for the Novo 7 Basic as well as news, FAQ, and Product information. There is a contact section that links you to a sales e-mail. I have not tried it yet but I think this is one step closer to the support that English users are waiting for. Hopefully they will continue to update the website.

as i was trying to download update from a chines website whis was a puzzle for me as i am an indian n can't read chines...

my Novo 7 basic is working better thn befor because of u bro....really thank ful to u.
