In specifications Storage is 4GB NAND Flash, and on my Tablet it is about 2 GB. I don't know why?

I don't know how much is the maximum GB for Micro SD.

If anyone has more information for this Tablet, I would begged him to put data here.

A close examination of the stated storage will show that the 4GB is the total but doesn't take into account space used by Android and the stock apps. That can vary from roughly 1.2 to 1.9 GB. Not a lot you can do about it even if you root and uninstall some of the apps. The OS is taking up most of the space. You're in the ballpark.
