After just one month tablet locks on Android man screen. Searched internet and told to hold volume + and power button to load menu screen. tried this does not work. Tried Volume - and power, nothing. When connected to PC does not seem to register. Am pensioner and not Technophobe, please any ideas ??

Looks like you are talking about booting to recovery to do a factory reset. It can be tricky to do the first time.

Make sure the tablet is powered off. Press and hold the vol+ button. While holding the vol+ button, press and hold the power button until the screen comes on, then release both buttons. You should be in recovery mode. use the vol buttons to navigate and the power button to execute a factory reset.

Tried this several times. Holding + volume and power. No response, no screen or anything.
