Allwinner A13 Q88 as a wifi router

Hi everyone,

I'm almost decided to buy a Tablet Allwinner A13 Q88, but I'm not sure if this tablet is good enough for using as a wifi router.

I want to use my simcard to create a wifi zone in home...!
