I have a 7" android 2.3 tablet by Clearview. Everything works fine except for the stock android browser. When connect to a wifi network I can bring the browser up. By default the homepage is google. When I do a search the results page come up. A few seconds afterward the browser simply disappears and I have to go to its icon to reopen it. There is a stock youtube app. that works just fine on when connected to the internet. Ive been able to stay in youtube for hours through that app. When I try a factory reset from the settings menu, the tablet hangs up and I have to turn the power off and back on. Ive tried installing 2 different browsers, but the same thing happens. The installation process hangs and and I have to reboot the tablet.
So how do I get any of these browsers to work?
