Android Apps visibility problem. Urgent Help!

Previously on every device including android based phones, android tablets and also on Pcs my app was visible on android market, last week i changed interface, maps, graphics.. completely improved my app and updated app on android market web.
Now I am receiving receiving mails from different countries that my app is not visible if they search it on android market web. Its not completely lost some people can find it and some people cant. Whats the matter kindly help me soon to deal with it.

Try to resubmit it, but make sure to delete the old one first.
