My name is Carrie my boyfriend got me a g tablet for Xmas and I haven't used it to much, but last night I was trying to get into my app store using the same gmail address that I've always used and it kept saying that it couldn't connect with the server and that I would have to call tech support. I actually did a factory reset and now I cant get it to go past the first screen. I need help please.
