Android HAIPAD MID701 and Email Access

Can I receive and send email from my Yahoo and Verizon email accounts through the Android HAIPAD MID701? If yes, is it difficult to set up? I'm looking to buy either a netbook or a tablet to access my email while on travel and am wondering if this can be done with the Android HAIPAD MID701?

I dont know about your verizon email but k9 mail or maildroid are fantastic email apps and the set up is super easy, just type in your email address and password and it does the rest for you.
