Android man laying on back with red triangle and blk. exclamation

When turning on my Visual Land Prestige 7... The little android man ends up on his back with Red Triangle and black exclamation mark... And freezes on that... Anyone know what I can do to fix it? Pleassssse.

Try to hit the back button and see if you can go into recovery mode.
