Android Market 101

I just purchased 2 Coby Kyros MID7022's and want to make sure they are ready in time for Christmas. They are running ver. 2.3, but want to load Android Market on the devices along with latest flash etc.

I need to find some step by step instructions, because Im obviously missing something so simple in the process. Its most likely due to my lack of experience.

So if someone could point me to that process or tell me 2 children will be extremely happy on Christmas!!

Use the search, there are plenty of threads about it already, with step by step instructions and even a video.
