According to AppBrain and Titanium Backup PRO the Android Market Updated today to version 2.3.6, still force close whenever I download or update anything. Just thought I'd share the news. No news reported about it when I did a Google search so i haven't seen a changelog, to give any other information about the update.

My market says version 2002306 (under applications in the settings), is that the same? It is still working. I have the Singapore ROM ver S7V100Roo1C60B010 if that makes a difference.

I think so. I'm still running the default BB rom (fw: 2.1-update1, bb: 6285, kernel: 2.6.29-s7, build: s7v100r001c28b010) waiting on the froyo (official) before I do any rom update.

Mine is stock and gets forced close when trying to download apps.
I don't force it until I see the notifications start to blink. Then I know it downloaded anyway.
Seems to work OK that way.

I'm on a G-Tablet running VeganTab GE 7.0.0. Market says Version 3.0.27 and it force closes within a few seconds of starting Market. I've tried clearing cache, Clearing Data, restaring, everything short of a data wipe/reset, which I'm not doing because this might not even fix the issue.

I have to Uninstall updates every time I want to install something from the market and pray that the Market doesn't update itself while I'm in the middle of a download.
