Android MID 2.2 Helppp!!

Ok i reaaly need sum help. I bought this tablet which has a app market and the apps are chinese. I typed in apk and it pulled up app for apk market apps r not better but theyre in english wut can i do root or is there webste to get REAL APPS u know ones you would use i also use amazon.com to get apps its the best so far any advice anyone heres my tablet info...
