Sup guys I've been tasked to sort out my nieces tablets for them ^^ I'm lookin to somehow get onto google play, I think I need to upgrade to jelly bean but not 100% sure, they are m7206 tablets running 2.3.3, I'll be looking up info but if there are any nice ppl out there to point me in the right direction , I'd be very grateful

The play store is Google play, I think that is what your looking for anyway? If not it may be called Market? If you need to update your device in settings scroll down to About Tablet and there should be an option 'System Firmware Update' Click that and it should look for the newest version for you..
