When pressing the power button to turn the device on, all it does is show the first start up screen (where it says PROSCAN) for 10 seconds or so, then it will go black for a second and show the same screen again with this repeating again and again.
It does not go to any further screens and doing a reset on it didnt help the problem at all.
Hoping someone has some helpful answers to this issue! I really appreciate it!
