Android RK3188 Power On when plugged in

Hi,

I have Rockchip MK918 model bsed on rockchip RK3188. I want this device to get powered on when plugged in without pressing power button on the device. I read on various forums that to do this we need to do changes in bootloader. So do anybody knows exactly what and how to change to achieve the same.
