Android Tablet 2.2

I purchased an Android Tablet from Lightinthebox and I have not been able to get on the web. I have plenty of WIFI. They sent me a NEW OS and I downloaded it onto a mini disc and transferred it to my Tablet. It is in the Download files and I do not know how to put into the Tablet to make it work. HELP!!!
