N natnat Member Apr 18, 2013 1 0 Apr 18, 2013 #1 When I try to connect to wifi it is grayed out and wont let me click on turn on it just wont let me. It is my nieces and Im trying to get it fixed for her. I have deleted all apps, and also dont a factory data reset. PLEASE HELP!!!
