android tablet, that's available this summer, in europe?

Hello everyone,

I have been looking forward to buying an e-ink ebook reader for quite a while now and got caught up in the recent tablet craze.. and decided e-ink wasn't that important for me after all.
I would like to know what tablet you can suggest that..
1. runs android >= 2.0 (sadly, quite a few available tablets are running android 1.5!)
2. is around 250-300€
3. is available _now_ or in july, in Europe
